Our shopping list of things to bring back from Tossa always includes:

Melody Crema Catalana
A delicious creamy liqueur to have after dinner, we just can't carry enough home! Does anyone know where we can buy it in England, or even online?

Ponche Cabellero
A really Spanish liqueur which I love in my tea when I get in from work, and thanks to Sandra's tip, poured over ice cream!

Dani Pimienta Negra
I know this sounds strange, but we buy about 8 jars of this every year to use at home. It's ground black pepper - but for some reason, it's got a much more distinct and pleasant taste than any we have bought in England. We buy this in the Caprabo supermarket.

Bonito del Norte
Like tuna, but oh so much more tasty. It's from the Atlantic rather than the Mediterranean, and is lighter in colour than normal tuna. You can buy it in supermarkets in England, but only in sunflower oil, which seems to spoil the taste and texture. It's much better in salt or spring water. The Caprabo and Palou supermarkets sell a wide range.

Ali-Oli
We always bring some of this home as although you can buy it in England, it's just not strong enough! It's more like mayo with a hint of garlic! Much better the ali-oli that has crunchy bits of garlic in it! One of the best makes is Ferrer, you can buy it in the Caprabo or Palou supermarkets.

Just realised - it's all food and drink!
