This exhibition, being held again after the first earlier in the year was hailed a total success, will take place at the ExCeL in London’s Docklands. It’s the UK’s biggest overseas property, travel and lifestyle exhibition.

It’s on over the weekend of 30 September to 2 October 2005.

There will be over 300 exhibitors there and thousands of homes in the sun for sale (both traditional and new build) from just £30,000 up to £1million exclusive residences!

Over 30 countries will be represented - apart from the favourites Spain, Bulgaria, France, Turkey and the USA - you'll also have the chance to see properties in Hungary, Iceland, Panama, Slovenia and St Kitts.

Particularly useful are the seminars at the exhibition – there are 48 in all – offering expert advice on buying property abroad. And TV's Amanda Lamb takes the stage to answer questions.

In the Spain section, there is live music and dance, tapas, wine and lots more to make the event even more enjoyable for you.

Advance tickets can be purchased at a 20% discount using the contact details below:

Visit the exhibition and take a tour round the Arenal 2000 Spanish Show Villa.

There will be an impressive purpose-built show home located at the heart of the show. It's aim is to inspire would-be property buyers.

The show villa will look like a traditional Spanish home on the outside, and it's interior will be stylish and contemporary with a fully furnished kitchen, lounge and diner, master bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. There's even a patio and landscaped gardens!

Remember Selina Scott? The broadcaster writes a column for Everything Spain and herself owns a home in Mallorca. She'll also be at the show along with Amanda Lamb talking about buying properties abroad.

It's back!

A Place in The Sun Live will be held at London's ExCel from 7-9 April.

The show will feature thousands of properties in the sun for sale, free seminars and other attractions, guaranteeing a fantastic day out!

If you dream of owning a place in Tossa, Spain or anywhere in the sun, and you can get to London, then don't miss the show. There will apparently be properties for sale from as little as £20,000 and more than 30 destinations to choose from.

As before, Amanda Lamb, presenter of TV's A Place in the Sun, will be appearing every day.

The exhibition was a huge success according to Everything Spain Magazine. 300 exhibitors welcomed almost 20,000 visitors to take part in interactive seminars, tapas-sampling, dancing shows and even auditions to take part in the TV show, A Place in the Sun.

The show wasn't short on celebrities: Spanish footabller Jose Antonio Reyes, a striker for Arsenal, brought along the FA Cup whilst Daley Thompson was there to represent Spanish property group Almanzora Valley. TV presenters Amanda Lamb from A Place in the Sun and Sarah Beeny from Property Ladder were also at the show.

There are two dates planned for next year - see the separate posting for details.
