If you have 13euros to spare while in Tossa de Mar, go and spend it in the restaurant of 6,9 c/Nou.
You will not be disapointed, in fact I will throw down the gauntlet and say you will not find a better restaurant in Tossa de Mar. Very friendly service and excellent food. The chef was the head chef at the Reymar until he decided to go solo. |

Just checked on the TA site and 6`9 is now showing as the No.1 place to eat in Tossa (only two postings,though!) |

Andrea-On your earlier recommendation we used 6`9 twice last month (see our reviews) and my daughter also went last week with her sprogs and they thought it very good value.
As you say-the prices will have to go up soon but hopefully not before we revisit mid September.

Hello Darlings
Time for my twice yearly report on what we've (me and Mik) been eating.
6,9 for a sneaky lunch (big group of Spanish school children in the morning and we needed a reward). I had 2 starters because I couldn't make up my mind. DELICIOUS! When Miquel's was put infront of him I then stuck my fork into his too. I'm like lightening when it comes to food stealing. All lovely. My tip is to go at lunchtime or very early evening or you won't get a seat. Very popular with Tossencs and the Barcelona set.
If you don't eat here whilst staying in Tossa, you must be mad. I'm dreading the day that Helga (the owner) realizes that she's selling her delights 25euros per plate too cheap. Enjoy while you can, I shall!
P.S. The Splash boat is absolutely fine but even I can't sell in 2 places at the same time...I also promise faithfully that my little groups will not change Tossa de Mar (if it ever does change, it will be down to the town hall)I will contain the lads and lasses to the Tossa party area and as usual there are no directions! |

Are you packed and ready???
My wife is usually packed by now (4 weeks to go), for once I have all my holiday gear ready (but not packed - YET).
The beach looks good today - maybe the weather is set for the season now - lets hope so.

Oh well, another restaurant to try. That will bring us to a grand total of 75 unique Tossa restaurants eaten in. 
Surely there can't be many more to try? |

Now Auntie-is this at the "********" shop end (Cinema) or the cafe Berlin end or in the middle at the old Paella red table cloth restaurant?
Will look it up in a couple of weeks time.
