Well, I was in my element when I found this shop, newly opened for 2006. Muchos apologies as I don't know the name of it, but you can't miss it, next to the big ceramica shop in Av Ferran Agullo (the main road leading to the bus station).

It's huge! Shoes, bags and accessories as far as the eye can see! And such good prices too. There are handbags, sports bags, shopping bags, purses and a good selection of luggage. Mens and ladies shoes, boots, walking shoes, shoes with high heels and shoes with low heels. Mules, slingbacks, slippers, trainers. Umbrellas and travel accessories.

So much stuff! And there's a smaller shop of the same chain further down the road that sells hair and fashion accessories like belts and scarves.

You may like to leave your men in a bar before going in here girls!

Well, it's a bit deceiving as it's very narrow - but very, very long! The shopfront itself doesn't take up much space on the street, but when you look inside, it seems to go on for miles!

It's lovely and cool in there too. My bet is it'll still be there next year as it seemed very popular, and the prices were unbelievable!

I wonder if is near the jewellery shop{ also owned by the ceramica}

A few years ago, they put up a new block, but I think the part on street level, was bricked up ready for future development. Sounds well worth a visit.

If Sandra thinks this shop is worth a visit then Yvonne will have to visit.
We hope to come back to Tossa this year - shopping of course but also to meet our friends.
All we have met in Tossa are easy to make friends with - we are so lucky to have discovered Tossa & them.
Hope our time there coincides with their visit!
Best wishes to you all,
Yvonne & Wayne Churches (Wales)

Good to know you might make it this year; if you can make it in June, Dougie will be pleased as I will too. Hope the dates coincide, if not maybe in September.

As Sarah was so positive about this shop we ventured in - and then straight out again.
If there is one thing that will put us off a shop it is LOUD MUSIC
Give me the Lacoste shop any day.

Well sorry about that. We hate loud music too, I can't concentrate on shopping.

We go into the shop in the evening when the mother or grandmother is working there. So we have a nice backdrop of gentle tracks from earhole-friendly crooners.

I bought a watch this visit for €5. It was 'Calvin Klum'. That made me laugh. It has kept perfect time so far.

I bought a 'Lacoste' watch from Tossa's market about 5 years ago, maybe more. I bought it with another one for €15 total. It's had two or three new batteries but is about the most reliable watch I've ever had - and I've got a few watches that cost 10 times more than that!!

Like Sarah and Sandra, my friend and I went a little overboard in the Watch shop in May and came home with half a dozen all of which are still working! Hope it's still there next May - I might even buy one for my husband then as well!
