The consumer organisation FACUA has denounced low-cost airlines Clickair, Vueling, Ryanair and Easyjet for charging customers for baggage following a study on eighteen companies regarding tariffs for excess baggage. It has also criticised Ryanair for charging for the mere fact of checking in at the airport. The report has been sent to the relevant government departments for consideration.

Flew Ryanair from Manchester on 29th June sailed through checkin security etc. Arrived at gerona 15mins early, luggage waiting on carousel as soon as through passport control, was even there before Juan Carlos's taxi.Return journey equally as good arriving in Manchester 20mins early. Best Ryanair flights ever & first from Manchester, usually fly from Blackpool or Liverpool. To top it all weather glorious all the stay, just a few drops of rain one evening. |

This sounds great,Lynne, as I am flying with RA from Manchester in September. Always been from Liverpool in the past. Any chance of us being there in Sep at the time? |
