Just returned from Manchester City centre; the atmosphere for the Balearic festival was superb. Everything was FREE.There were stalls displaying crafts from the islands; a tent to entice children; food and drink sampling; musical and dancing groups; a cavalcade and best of all the Menorcan horse dressage.The whole thing just enticed me to be in Spain. Ends Monday at 5pm.
