Some of you will have noticed that some of the roads,especially the mountain road from Llagostera, have been resurfaced and this is all because the Tour de France cycle race comes to Tossa on 9th July.
The route is from Girona to Barcelona via Tossa and then on to Lloret etc.
Quit exciting for those who will be there to enjoy the spectacle.

Should be quite a scoop for Tossa. Perhaps those of us with Spanish TV channels will be able to see the Tossa part of the race. Glad you enjoyed the menu del dia at the Capri. Hope to see both of you in September.

We are looking forward to seeing the race coming through Tossa it is suppose to be approx 2 to 2.30pm.

ITV was a real let down with only coverage of the later mountain stages and Barcelona.
No footage of Tossa or the Costa Brava.
