Having met 2 forum members (you know who you are!!) in the Don Juan having jamon , we said that in the many years we have visited Tossa de Mar, we had never tried this establishment. We were given a little taste of their jamon which was superb !!. Needless to say when we next passed the Don Juan we did try the jamon, and cheese, with pan con tomate. There were 3 of us so had more jamon , then even more!!!!it was so delicious, it is not a cheap place to snack when you have 3 portions, but to us if it is a quality product we will pay a little more.
We went again a couple of days later, the owner and staff remembered us and made us feel really welcome.
As a plus, the beers are really good, a little different as they are German brands, the music is also good if you like 60's, 70's and 80's music, not too loud just the right volume to enable conversation.
So thanks very much to our friends for recommending this excellent place. |

of ham hanging from the ceiling, all of the finest quality.
